(Sourdough flavor)
"Meal" from making almond milk with 1 c almonds
1 c flax seed (soaked)
pinch Celtic sea salt
1 tsp caraway seed (either whole or ground)
Mix and then smooth onto teflex sheet. Dehydrate at 110-115 degrees for 2 hours. May turn over on to regular mesh screen and deydrate more at lower temp if not crisp enough.
