Oat groats (soaked overnight) Cashews, pecans, almonds, walnuts (soaked and dehydrated) Sunflower seeds (soaked and dehydrated) Cinnamon Nutmeg Vanilla Honey or Date paste (date paste is just dates processed with water) Combine everything in bowl.
