Slice 1 lb. jicama so it looks like fries.
Combine in bowl with:
1 T onion powder
2 T olive oil
*sea salt to taste
1 T paprika

*Comments: Note from Michelle: I enjoy adding chopped green onion to this recipe. Also, if you cut up the fries into smaller pieces, then dehydrate at 125 degrees
overnight, they'll turn into sweet crumbles to enjoy on your salad.
