1/2 c. walnuts, soaked overnight
2 c.
sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp
salt
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbl dry
basil
1 c. celery, chopped

Blend ingredients in food processor until smooth.

*** Michelle says this is one YUMMY pate! We just ordered this book after trying this recipe. Here's a REALLY good variation that I created: Skip the basil, and add 2 Tbl
chili powder, 1 Tbl
paprika, 2 green onions (chopped), 1 thick slice of red onion (chopped), 1/4 bunch of cilantro leaves, and 1/2 c. water. Yum!
